· Mechanical Experience: We are looking for a tech with experience working with heavy equipment, farm equipment and general mechanical aptitude. Hydraulic experience will be considered as a differential.

Job Type:

· Full-time

Requirements:

· Technician with some experience and mechanical aptitude. Hydraulic knowledge a plus.

· Clean Driver License record.

· Must live in Little Rock Metro area or within 15 miles of Little Rock.

· Comfortable working outdoors.

Responsibilities

· Arrive at customer and locate equipment.

· Utilize mechanical knowledge and hand tools to locate damaged and remove damaged hose with minimal or no outside support.

· Keep work van clean and stocked at all times.

· Fabricate hoses on site, and install them.

· Write up ticket and take pictures of work using company software and mobile device.

· Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

· Work keeping safety as a number 1 priority.

Schedule:

· 8 hour shift

· Overtime

· On call schedule on some weekends and nights.

Willingness to travel:

· 5% on occasion.

· Mobile in Little Rock Metropolitan area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
