We are family owned Pawn Shop looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. Knowledge in Jewelry, Firearms or Music is a plus but willing to train the right person. The main responsibilities of a Sales Associate revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase products.
Skills
MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE AND PASS A FINGERPRINTED BACKGROUND CHECK
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Availability to work flexible shift
- Be knowledgeable about the product
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Answer questions about the products
- Negotiate prices
