- Provide comprehensive Registered Nurse (RN) care for residents
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments of residents and evaluate changes in condition to ensure appropriate interventions and care planning
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician and in accordance with facility policies and professional nursing standards
- Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy (as permitted by state practice), tube feedings, suctioning, catheter care, and other complex nursing procedures
- Supervise, delegate, and provide clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel in accordance with state nurse practice acts
- Ensure care plans are developed, implemented, and updated based on resident assessments and interdisciplinary team input
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective resident care
- Accurately complete all required documentation, assessments, and clinical records in a timely manner and in accordance with regulatory standards
- Schedule: Full-time
- Location: Sheridan, Wyoming
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by Wyoming required
- BLS certification from the AHA required
