- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Support patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance functional and cognitive abilities.
- Track and report patient progress accurately.
- Educate patients and families on home programs and techniques for daily living success.
- Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Stay current with best practices and evolving OT techniques.
- Active Occupational Therapy Assistant License (required).
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Experience in geriatrics, acute care, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ADLs, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Passion for helping others achieve greater independence and quality of life.
Salary : $30 - $40
