Position Overview
In this role, you'll serve as the welcoming face of our lodge and play an essential part in each guest's stay. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and managing arrivals and departures
- Answering phone calls and assisting with reservations
- Responding to guest needs and inquiries with professionalism and care
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to maintain smooth daily operations
- Handling cash and payments accurately
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
- Completing shift close-out tasks to support the next team member
Each day offers something new-this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and meaningful guest interaction.
Work Schedule
- Morning or evening shifts available
- 4 days on / 4 days off rotation
