We are looking for service technicians with experience working on boilers, residential AC, mini splits, and commercial systems. Truck, tools, uniform, and tablet w/ Service Titan provided.

What you'll do
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, ductwork, and controls (Must be able to run their own projects.
- Procuring materials, keeping job schedules and crews lined out.)
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with General Contractors
- Complete job-related documentation and reports accurately
- Work both independently and collaboratively with other team members and apprentices
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe working condition
Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in HVAC installation
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and local codes
- EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, and tolerate seasonal weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred but not required:
- Valid Journeyman HVAC license (State of Wyoming or ability to obtain reciprocity)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 Hours
- Monday to Thursday
