Job Description
Big Heart ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-person ABA services to a family in Palmyra, Virginia, near Charlottesville.
This opportunity is ideal for a clinician looking for consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference through individualized, evidence-based ABA services.
Schedule & Weekly Hours
Total: 7 clinical hours per week
- 6 hours per week: Adaptive Behavior Treatment with Protocol Modification (CPT 97155).
- 1 hour per week: Family Adaptive Behavior Treatment Guidance (CPT 97156).
Daytime availability is required. The schedule will be coordinated with the family and clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services in accordance with individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct adaptive behavior treatment with protocol modification.
- Provide caregiver training and family guidance.
- Review clinical data and monitor progress toward treatment goals.
- Collaborate with the direct therapy team to ensure consistent treatment implementation.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Follow applicable professional, ethical, and payer requirements.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Experience providing ABA services to children.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
- Experience with caregiver training and collaboration with families.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide in-person services in Palmyra, Virginia.
- Availability for consistent daytime hours.
Compensation & Benefits
