Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant in Midlothian!
We are looking for an, energetic, efficient, and friendly receptionist/assistant. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a positive impact on patients’ health journeys. You will play a vital part in creating a welcoming environment, assisting with patient therapies, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
MUST: punctual, friendly, proficient in Word and computer use, multi-task without anxiety
PREFERRED: bilingual (Spanish), healthcare experience, background in sales or chiropractic
Hours: predominantly morning hours; potential to add some afternoons after 90 days
Mon/Wed/Thurs: 830am-12:15pm
Tuesday/Friday 730am-12:15
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist with their check-in and intake process to ensure a comfortable experience
- Front desk management and patient scheduling, including phone calls
- Verifying insurance benefits online
- Maintain clear communication with patients regarding procedures, instructions, and follow-up care
- Present care plans and run therapies on patients according to charts

- Ability to perform intake procedures efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
