Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Invoicing Specialist & Front Desk Coordinator. This full-time position combines accounting support responsibilities with front desk and customer service duties in our Big Gain office environment.
Job Responsibilities
★ Calculate and process customer invoices accurately and timely
★ Calculate, track, maintain and reconcile Feeder Finance accounts (Excel document)
★ Manage accounts receivable functions, process month end including payment posting and collections
★ Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
★ Answer phones and greet customers and visitors professionally
★ Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff
★ Maintain organized records and filing systems
★ Assist with general office operations and provide a positive customer service attitude when dealing with inquiries.
★ Assist with creation and disbursement of weekly price list
★ Other duties as assigned
Essential Functions
★ Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, & Teams
★ Ability to work well independently, and to also remain flexible in a small office environment
★ Possess critical and analytical thinking skills
★ Willingness to take initiative, and the desire to explore and understand cross-functional elements outside day-to-day responsibilities
★ Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
★ Excellent organizational skills including multitasking, planning & prioritizing
★ Ability to establish & maintain effective relationships with customers, employees, supervisors, & dealers
Position Specifications
★ 2-year associate degree in accounting preferred. Relevant accounting experience may be substituted for education.
★ Agricultural background desired, not required
★ Office experience desired, not required
