The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Good sales experience is a plus but no experience needed. If you love to make people smile and provide great customer service this job is for you.
NOTE: JOB IS AT THE FIREWORKSTANDS NOT THE FIREOWORK WAREHOUSE.
MUST WORK HOLIDAYS INLCUDING CHRISTMAS EVE AND NEW YEARS EVE.
CHRISTMAS (25th) YOU WILL HAVE OFF MAJORITY OF THE DAY UP TOO 6pm.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their inquiries and purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Supervise and train new staff members on sales procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a grocery store setting
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of stocking procedures and inventory management is a plus
