Key Responsibilities
· Manage and motivate small cooking teams; Line cook experience a plus.
· Multitask efficiently in high-stress situations
· Maintain clean and organized front and back of house
· Stay busy and productive during slow periods
· Ensure compliance with health codes and safety standards
· Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
Required Qualifications
· Previous management experience in a restaurant setting
· Hands-on experience as a cook, line cook, and in open kitchen environments
· Ability to understand and apply health code requirements

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
