Position Overview
Francesca's Cucina is seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Manager to lead our guest experience team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, enjoys building relationships with guests and staff, and is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality every day.
As Front of House Manager, you will oversee daily dining room operations, support and develop staff, ensure excellent service standards, and help create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all front-of-house operations during service
- Manage, train, coach, and develop servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
- Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
- Oversee floor management, staffing levels, and shift execution
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation
- Assist with scheduling and labor management
- Support special events, catering functions, and private dining operations
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience REQUIRED***
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment
- Excellent guest service and hospitality mindset
- Experience with POS systems (Toast)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable, professional, and team-focused
