Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for clients diagnosed with autism
- Provide behavioral assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations for treatment
- Collaborate with our team of professionals, including Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and therapists
- Conduct ongoing evaluations and assessments to ensure treatment goals are being met
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including client files and insurance documentation
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and referral sources
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
