Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Savannah, GA. The BCBA will design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the implementation of ABA programs. The role also includes educating clients’ families to support skill acquisition and behavioral development. The BCBA will ensure high-quality services by monitoring and analyzing client progress and modifying interventions as needed.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Behavior Management
- Knowledge of Psychology, including behavior principles and human development
- Experience in Parent Education and training to promote skill development and generalized learning
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a plus
- Willingness to work in naturalized settings such as homes, schools, and community environments
