What You'll Do
- Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs.
- Analyze client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
- Complete treatment plans and documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.

- Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred.

- Ability to provide approximately 25% in-person supervision while completing the remaining responsibilities remotely.
