Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This is a flexible, fully remote telehealth position ideal for clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality psychological services to children, adolescents, and families.
As a Clinical Psychologist, you will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, provide diagnostic assessments, develop treatment recommendations, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to support positive clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and diagnostic evaluations via telehealth, when appropriate.
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessments.
- Diagnose behavioral, emotional, developmental, and mental health conditions using DSM-5 criteria.
- Prepare detailed psychological evaluation reports and treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and other providers to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely completion of reports.
- Participate in interdisciplinary case consultations as needed.
- Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards of psychological practice.
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active, unrestricted Clinical Psychologist license in Maryland (MD) is required.
- Experience conducting psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
- Strong report writing and clinical documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience providing telehealth services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- $120–$140 per hour
