About The Role
As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in-home supervision and 75% remote flexibility, while being backed by a strong admin team that handles the operational load so you can focus on quality care. You will oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients, conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and more.

- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care
- Maintain compliance with Maryland and insurance requirements
- Target caseload aligned with sustainable billable expectations
- In-person supervision clustered geographically when possible
- Consistent flow of clients and support with building your caseload
