Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Manage inventory through accurate stock control, using RF scanners and warehouse experience to track products efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments, utilizing equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts to handle heavy lifting safely.
- Operate cash registers for cashiering duties, process transactions accurately, and handle retail math with precision.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe by performing routine maintenance tasks and adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales, or warehouse environments is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks involving load & unload activities comfortable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stocking, packaging, and maintaining store displays.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while providing outstanding customer service.
