The Assistant Kitchen Manager supports kitchen operations across full-service and quick-service restaurant environments, with a focus on food preparation and production, shift supervision, and staff training. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager and General Manager, this role offers a mix of day and night shifts and strong advancement opportunities toward Kitchen Manager and multi-unit operations leadership.
Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen operations and shifts.
- Help schedule and coordinate kitchen staff.
- Prepare and cook food according to operational standards.
- Manage inventory and support supply control.
- Maintain quality assurance and food safety standards.
- Support staff training and development.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and equipment.
- Must be able to lift and carry over 50lbs.
- Must be able to work efficiently and hospitably with a team.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of management experience.
- 1 years of Restaurant experience.
