This job contributes to Big Chicken's success by assisting the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job requires the ability to deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily systems and procedures with 100% integrity.

Additional Requirements:
- Must obtain Food Handlers license in first 30 days
- Able to learn menu with perfection
- Able to lift 30 pounds
- Able to work on your feet for several hours
- Move quickly and think fast
