As a District Manager, you will oversee 8–12 store locations, serving as a key leader responsible for executing company initiatives, driving financial performance, and developing high-performing teams. You’ll ensure each location operates efficiently, meets performance targets, and upholds our customer service and safety standards.

Position Summary
As a District Manager, you will oversee 8–12 store locations, serving as a key leader responsible for executing company initiatives, driving financial performance, and developing high-performing teams. You’ll ensure each location operates efficiently, meets performance targets, and upholds our customer service and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
- Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store-level staff
- Drive achievement of company targets for EBITDAR, sales, and customer service metrics
- Ensure a safe and compliant environment for employees and customers
- Manage customer complaints to resolution in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency across all stores
- Coach and mentor store managers and team members to support their development and career progression
- 5 years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales, including management experience
- Strong knowledge of tires, tire-related services, and mechanical repairs is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training, coaching, and motivating teams
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of personal integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
- Comfortable speaking and presenting in small to medium-sized groups
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
- Willingness to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site as needed
- Valid in-state driver’s license and insurability under company vehicle policy
- Competitive base salary: $110,000K–$125,000K annually, plus monthly bonuses
