Effective rate consists of:
- Hourly rate: $20.00 - $25.00, based on experience
- Incentives: $4.00-$10.00 per hour average, based on productivity
Additional earning opportunities:
- Bonus: monthly bonus at target $1,100- $2,800
- Overtime
