- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to support assembly, packaging, or material handling tasks
- Use forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move raw materials, finished products, or supplies within the facility
- Support the assembly line by sorting, stacking, and preparing components for production processes
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain safety standards and identify potential hazards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment, including sweeping, trash removal, and tool storage
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times during shifts
Skills
- Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line operations enhances performance in this role
- Ability to operate forklifts, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently (certification preferred)
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Warehouse experience is a plus, especially in handling materials or inventory management
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and adherence to instructions
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety procedures
