This role requires the ability to perform physical work throughout the full shift, including walking, standing, bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting repeatedly.Key Responsibilities:Hang, count, and inspect garments for quality.Assist with emptying soiled goods from bags; load and unload commercial laundry equipment.Fold, transport, and pack cleaning towels, bath towels, and napkins for inventory storage; prepare packages for customer delivery.Work in assigned production areas as scheduled, following safe practices and meeting or exceeding production standards.Comply with all company safety policies, guidelines, and procedures.Qualifications:Ability to meet or exceed daily production quotas.Flexible in performing a variety of general production tasks.Must be able to stand, bend, and/or walk throughout the shift.Lifting ability: 25–50 lbs continuously; pushing.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to safety standards. Work Environment:On-site, fast-paced production facilityWhat We Offer:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life/AD&D benefit options for eligible employeesOpportunities for career growth and advancementAbout Midway Staffing:Midway Staffing is a rapidly growing staffing company connecting top talent with leading organizations.
