What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping & Fulfillment Associate position at Big Blanket Co?
We’re hiring Seasonal Picker/Packers to help us during our busiest time of the year — October 1 through January 15, 2027. If you're energetic, reliable, and enjoy a positive work environment, this is the perfect opportunity to earn extra income while having fun!
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders
- Prepare shipments and organize inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work both independently and as part of a supportive team
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items throughout your shift
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience a plus, but not required
Schedule:
Flexible scheduling
Business operating hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM and weekend day shifts
