We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in Brooklyn and become a key part of the group that keeps our studio running smoothly and our projects moving forward. From the best restaurant in the world to the first structure on the moon, BIG’s work depends on strong financial and operational foundations. In this role, you will work closely with the local Finance team as well as Operations colleagues across our global offices. You will be responsible for a range of bookkeeping and finance support tasks, while gaining valuable experience and the opportunity to learn alongside some of the best minds in the industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, similar field, or equivalent work experience
2 years of Accounting experience
Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
Well organized and detailed oriented to a fault
Able to meet deadlines
Self-motivated
Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of a growing business
Accounts Payable (Vendors, Subconsultants, and Expense Reports)
Account Receivables (Billing and Collections)
Inter-company transactions
Expense Report processing via Concur
Month-end closing tasks
General Ledger entries and maintenance
Credit Card Reconciliations

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.
