Marketing Coordinator – Outdoor & Paddlesports Enthusiast

Our marketing team drives storytelling, brand growth, and dealer success across multiple premium kayak brands. We’re looking for a nimble, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Assistant who can jump in, learn fast, and help us make waves.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on, entry-level marketing role designed for someone eager to grow under the guidance of the Marketing Director. If you’re passionate about marketing, excited to work in paddlesports, and thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment, this is for you. Fishing and paddling knowledge is a huge plus!
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Management: Set up, monitor, and report on digital ad campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, SEM. (Strategy and budget managed by Director.)
- Analytics & Reporting: Work within GA4 and other reporting platforms to track performance and prepare reports.
- Influencer Program Support: Help manage relationships, track deliverables, and assist with outreach.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage on social platforms in collaboration with product and customer service teams.
- Creative Production: Design one-sheeters, promotional assets, and basic graphics.
- Email Marketing: Use Klaviyo to build, design, and schedule campaigns (creative and strategy provided).
- Content Support: Assist with photoshoot pre-production, planning, and coordination.
- Asset Management: Organize, traffic, and distribute digital assets (photos, videos, graphics) to internal teams, dealers, and accounts.
- Learning & Growth: Open to learning rigging basics and the nuances of kayak fishing to better understand our core audience.
- Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Content creation for social media
- Website/UX management, Shopify Enterprise
- Experience with video editing
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for marketing and outdoor recreation (fishing/paddlesports strongly preferred)
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in-office 5x per week with remote supervision
- Strong communicator and collaborator
- Experience in digital tools (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Canva/Adobe, Shopify a plus)

Compensation
- This role offers a starting salary of $55,000 annually, with the opportunity for adjustment based on relevant skills and experience.
