Lead day-to-day production of the prototype builds ensuring quality, safety in the assembly process. This role involves coordinating with team members, optimizing workflows, and troubleshooting production issues to meet company goals.
Job Responsibilities:
· Supervise production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
· Monitor workflow and ensure production schedules are followed.
· Ensure products meet company quality standards and specifications.
· Conduct quality checks and report any defects or inconsistencies.
· Provide feedback and coaching to enhance team productivity.
· Review computer generated concepts/drawings before their release to development.
· Complete all required paperwork as necessary, file or forward to the appropriate personnel/department.
- · Complete necessary shipping and receiving duties to continue workflows.
- Understanding of tools required to produce product.
- Work independently or within a team.
- Management/Manufacturing/Supervisory Experience.
- Inspection Skills; blueprint reading, use of measurement tools, and detecting defects.
- PC Skills; Word, Excel, Email, Internet, networking awareness.
- Lift, carry, push, pull items up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
- Operate company forklift.
