- Operate forklifts, cranes, and other heavy machinery safely for materials handling and equipment positioning.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and basic math skills to ensure accurate application thicknesses and measurements.
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial painting, construction painting, or auto painting within manufacturing or fabrication settings.
- Familiarity with materials handling equipment such as forklifts and cranes.
- Experience working with precision measuring instruments and understanding of basic math for accurate measurements.
- Warehouse experience is advantageous for managing supplies and materials efficiently.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices to streamline processes without compromising quality.
