Role Description - Commission up to 220k
This is a full-time on-site role based in Miami, FL. As a SaaS Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, account management, and deal closing
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey technical concepts and product value to clients
- Experience working in SaaS sales, technology sales, or B2B environments
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and meet or exceed goals
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales management platforms
- Knowledge of the construction industry or familiarity with AI-driven solutions is a plus
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
