What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech position at Biddo Contracting?
Our crew completes maintenance orders provided to us by a property management company. We complete a variety of work orders, ranging in complexity. Sometimes we're sent out for quick tasks like replacing light bulbs, while other times we're remodeling bathrooms. We are looking for someone to join our team who has a basic understanding of tools, materials and what general maintenance entails. Since a lot of our work is sent from property management companies, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working in vacant & occupied properties, that range in condition. We'd also prefer someone who has their own set of basic tools; drill and impact, skill saw, multitool, screw drivers. We will provide larger tools. We are also looking for someone who would be interested in transitioning to full-time if the opportunity arises.
We have a strong team that works hard to keep our work environment positive and productive. We are looking for someone who maintains a positive mindset and works hard to produce quality work. We aren’t necessarily looking for someone with a ton of experience; but for someone who has a good attitude and is willing to learn.
