Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Carpenter based in Seattle, WA. The Lead Carpenter will manage and execute carpentry tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, and utilizing a range of tools. Responsibilities include overseeing daily job site operations, coordination and supervision of subcontractors, ensuring projects meet quality standards, and collaborating with team members to deliver impactful construction projects. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and maintaining excellent communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in all aspects of Carpentry, including both rough and finish carpentry
- Experience with Power Tools and proficiency in the use of Hand Tools
- Strong skills in Framing, including layout and structural work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Experience leading teams or managing projects
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
