Bickford Ford is seeking a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor to join one of the most respected and fastest-growing service operations in the Pacific Northwest.
This is not an average advisor role. You’ll operate in a high-volume, high-accountability environment serving retail, diesel, and commercial Ford Pro clients—with the support, structure, and opportunity to earn at a high level.
We are actively expanding, including the launch of our Ford Pro Elite Commercial Service Center, increasing capacity and creating long-term growth opportunities for the right individuals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the service lane with professionalism, urgency, and clear communication
- Guide customers through the repair process with transparency and confidence
- Write and manage repair orders accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Partner closely with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and quality outcomes
- Present maintenance and repair recommendations with integrity and clarity
- Drive approvals and results while maintaining strong CSI and customer retention
- Contribute to a team culture focused on accountability, support, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years as a dealership or fleet Service Advisor (Ford or domestic experience preferred)
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly and handles high-volume days with consistency
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable for follow-through
- Comfortable with technology (DMS systems, tablets, Ford systems—Tekion experience a plus)
- Team-first mindset with a competitive drive to perform
- Clean driving record
