The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our creative team and support the execution of 360° campaigns across multiple channels. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who is both visually strong and eager to grow within a fashion/beauty environment. You’ll work closely with midweight senior creatives to bring campaigns to life across multiple touchpoints, from social to site to retail platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality digital assets that are both on-brand and performance-driven.

You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality digital assets that are both on-brand and performance-driven.
In this role you’ll get to:
- Design and produce digital assets across channels including social, email, Shopify storefront, Amazon, and more
- Support 360 campaign rollouts from concept to execution
- Collaborate closely with midweight designers and the broader creative team
- Translate brand direction into compelling, on-brand visuals
- Work on a variety of deliverables, from static graphics to short-form video content
- Gain exposure to both brand and performance marketing creative
- 1-2 years’ experience
- BA in Graphic Design or related field
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut
- Experience in beauty and/or fashion (preferred)
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong grasp of file organization, naming conventions, and asset hygiene
- Comfortable working within digital specifications (dimensions, DPI, file formats) and producing a high volume of precise, production-ready assets
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates design across multiple channels
