About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work at the heart of exciting media projects — supporting coordination across creative and production teams, keeping schedules on track, and ensuring seamless communication from a project's first concept through to final delivery. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using tools such as Notion, Trello, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project.
- Coordinate with external production teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets and services.
- Review project briefs, outlines, and progress updates to understand scope and identify weekly priorities and next steps.
- Support senior project managers in tracking milestones, updating schedules, and preparing clear project status reports.
- Participate in bi-weekly project recaps to ensure development stays on track and team alignment is maintained.
- Utilize production tools including Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, and Unity to support and facilitate project workflows where needed.
- Help manage document control processes, including Git repository maintenance, brief reviews, and contract documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Media Management, Digital Media Production, 3D Modeling, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with project and creative management platforms such as Asana, Notion, Trello, Adobe Workfront, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of media production workflows — from inception and development through to finalization, delivery, and launch.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine passion for media, storytelling, and building creative projects from the ground up.
