Duties

- Offer bereavement support and hospice care guidance to grieving families
- Mentor church members, including youth and emerging leaders, fostering spiritual development
- Organize community outreach programs, workshops, and faith-based events
- Manage conflict resolution within the congregation with sensitivity and professionalism
- Facilitate crisis intervention efforts during emergencies or spiritual crises
- Develop educational materials, presentations, and sermons to communicate biblical principles effectively
