Are you a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in financial management, reporting, taxation, and business partnering? We are looking for a Manager – Finance & Accounts to join our growing team and play a key role in driving financial excellence and supporting strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities✅ Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
✅ Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
✅ Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and cost optimization initiatives
✅ Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory regulations, and IFRS/IAS standards
✅ Manage treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital
✅ Strengthen internal controls and lead audit engagements
✅ Drive ERP utilization, finance process improvements, and automation projects
✅ Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team
Requirements✔ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
✔ Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience
✔ Experience in Manufacturing, Textile, Apparel, FMCG, or similar industries preferred
✔ Strong exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audits, treasury, and compliance
✔ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
