Project Manager - Live and Virtual Learning

Our live and virtual learning team is seeking an experienced Project Manager with previous Life Science experience preferred. This role leads a cross-functional team and serves as the primary contact to our clients, focusing on managing people, processes, budgets, and project deliverables

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both event logistics and life sciences sales training, ensuring smooth execution and impactful learning experiences.

This position can be located on the East Coast (remote/home office) or our Minneapolis Metro headquarters (hybrid with 3 days at the office and 2 days remote).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan & Manage the Work: Create project plans, schedule and distribute tasks, manage multiple priorities, and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate & Manage Client Relationships: Monitor and communicate client expectations, manage client scope and internal budget, and work with clients and other business units to overcome challenges.
• Communicate Status & Risks: Define agendas for status calls, produce detailed call notes, identify and communicate project risks, and enforce process adherence.
• Service Well Done: Prepare for and participate in design sessions, ensure quality of project deliverables, and provide onsite support for training events (travel required).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Agency Experience: Proven background in driving projects from conception to completion.
• Motivation & Initiative: Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Client Relationship: Exceptional skills in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to identify gaps and provide creative solutions.
• Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities across internal and external teams.
• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Financial Management: Experience managing budgets and processing invoices.

Education/Experience Required:

• College Degree 3-5 years of PM experience, or 5-8 years of PM experience.
• Experience using tools like Smartsheet or Microsoft Project for timeline development and MS Excel for budget management.
• Ability to travel for design sessions and onsite event management as required.

Base Salary Range: $95,000 to $105,000. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills.
