Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Project Manager/Estimator based in East Moline, IL. The role involves managing project timelines, preparing cost estimates, and overseeing masonry and construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members, vendors, and clients, creating project budgets, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The Project Manager/Estimator must effectively balance their time between office work and on-site supervision to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and cost estimation within the construction or masonry industry
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and materials used in masonry projects
• Strong analytical and budget management skills for preparing and reviewing project estimates
• Proficient in communication, client coordination, and vendor negotiation
• Proficiency with project management and estimating software
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Problem-solving skills and capability to work under deadlines
• Self Motivated.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred but not necessary.
• Experience in masonry project planning, cost control, and hands-on property maintenance is a plus
