The Director of Food & Beverage & Club Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end performance of BIÂN’s food, beverage, and club hospitality operations. This role oversees the food & beverage program and overall front of house club operations, while serving as a cultural steward of BIÂN’s elevated yet warm member experience. This role also is highly collaborative with BIÂN’s senior leadership team and ownership.
This position blends hospitality excellence, financial discipline, people leadership, member-facing community building, and cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring that every touchpoint—from daily service to club events—meets BIÂN’s standards of quality, intention, and care. Having a keen interest in creativity, being highly self-motivated, and having an open mind are additional characteristics for success in this role.
The ideal candidate is experienced, highly organized, efficient, patient, and approachable operator with strong luxury hospitality instincts, proven F&B leadership experience, and the ability to manage financials, the details and the big picture within a private club environment.
