- Observe, assess, and record each child’s development.
- Collaborate daily with a co-teacher, classroom aide, and volunteers to support children and families.
- Minimum: Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA)
- Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with experience teaching young children.
- Must meet MN DHS Rule 3 licensing requirements and pass a DHS background study.
Full-time, 40 hours/week, year round. Wage Range: With CDA: $19.58 –$27.41/hour; With Associate's: $20.95 –$29.32/hour; With Bachelor's: $23.98–$33.57/hour. Retention Bonuses Available. Benefits: Competitive package, including medical, dental, vision, life, retirement, and paid leave.
Schedule: 9 hours/day Monday–Thursday; 4 hours on Fridays.
