What You’ll Do:
In this role, your primary focus will be preventative maintenance, ensuring that our state-of-the-art machinery remains in top condition. You will:
- Perform Regular Maintenance: Conduct scheduled inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and calibration of equipment to prevent mechanical failures.
- Identify & Address Issues Early: Monitor machines for signs of wear, irregularities, or potential problems and take proactive steps to correct them before they lead to bigger issues.
- Document & Track Maintenance: Keep thorough records of all preventative maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and equipment standards.
- Collaborate with Operations: Partner with the production team to coordinate maintenance activities with production demands, minimizing downtime while maximizing efficiency.
- Assist with Repairs: Although the focus is on prevention, you'll also help with troubleshooting and repairs when necessary to keep operations smooth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, with a strong emphasis on preventative maintenance programs.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for spotting potential issues before they turn into major problems.
- Mechanical & Electrical Expertise: Solid understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and the ability to read schematics. Experience with PLC systems is a bonus.
- Self-Motivated: You are proactive and take initiative when it comes to equipment care.
- Team-Oriented: Strong communication skills to work effectively with operators, supervisors, and fellow maintenance technicians.
