Position Summary
The Team Lead serves as a key leader within the practice, responsible for driving sales performance, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. This role requires a strong sales background, a minimum of one year of experience in the aesthetics industry, and the ability to effectively manage team productivity while maintaining compliance with all medical, safety, and HIPAA regulations. The Team Lead acts as a direct liaison between staff and upper management, providing regular reporting on operational performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and employee effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and support staff to achieve individual and location performance goals.
- Foster a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture.
- Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and performance, providing coaching and corrective action when necessary.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and development of new team members.
Sales & Revenue Performance
- Utilize strong sales skills to drive treatment plan conversions, retail sales, memberships, and overall revenue growth.
- Maintain and achieve an assigned monthly personal sales benchmark.
- Monitor team sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve conversion rates.
- Support staff in achieving individual and location sales goals through coaching and accountability.
Operations & Reporting
- Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and exceptional customer service.
- Report directly to upper management regarding daily operations, sales performance, KPIs, staffing concerns, and operational challenges.
- Analyze and communicate key business metrics, including sales, retention, productivity, and client satisfaction.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory oversight, and operational processes as needed.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, medical safety standards, HIPAA regulations, and applicable state and federal requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
- Monitor adherence to treatment protocols, documentation standards, and clinic procedures.
- Identify and address operational risks to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the aesthetics, medical spa, or cosmetic medicine industry.
- Proven sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and operational data to drive business performance.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical practice compliance standards.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
