Duties
- Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding service delivery.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that enhance guest satisfaction, optimize revenue management, and improve overall hotel performance.
- Oversee budgeting processes, financial planning, and cost control measures to meet financial targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage human resources functions such as recruiting, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to foster a motivated and professional team.
- Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring personalized service, and creating memorable experiences for all visitors.
- Implement effective hotel management practices including night audit procedures, reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette to streamline operations.

Qualifications
