About the Role This is a strategic, senior-level recruiting role built for someone who thinks well beyond filling open reqs. You'll serve as a true hiring partner to executive leadership across multiple healthcare divisions — owning full-cycle recruitment for directors, managers, and corporate-level roles while helping architect the long-term Talent Acquisition infrastructure of a scaling organization. Key Responsibilities
Executive & Leadership Recruiting
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership, management, corporate, and operational positions
- Recruit directors, department leaders, managers, and specialized healthcare operational staff
- Partner directly with executive leadership on organizational structure, hiring priorities, and workforce planning
- Develop recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill and growth-critical positions
- Build and maintain long-term candidate pipelines for leadership and operational roles
Talent Acquisition Infrastructure
- Support development of TA systems, processes, reporting structures, and KPI tracking
- Assist in implementing structured interview and candidate evaluation processes
- Maintain recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and candidate tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and professional hiring standards
Organizational Partnership
- Coordinate interview processes with department and executive leadership
- Participate in compensation benchmarking and hiring strategy discussions
- Support onboarding coordination and leadership transition processes
- Help strengthen organizational culture and leadership development through hiring practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience within healthcare or multi-department organizations
- Proven experience recruiting management, operational, and leadership-level employees
- Strong understanding of healthcare organizational structures and operations
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Ability to work directly with executive leadership in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting platforms
- Operational mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Background in healthcare services, home care, home health, staffing, or multi-site healthcare preferred
- Experience supporting scaling organizations, organizational restructuring, or internal TA team development a plus
