This in-office role is the driving force behind a high-volume pipeline — managing remote talent, optimizing workflows, and making sure the right candidates move forward quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Manage and oversee a team of 3 overseas recruiters
- Set daily priorities, monitor performance, and keep the team on track
- Coach team members to improve sourcing and screening quality
Recruitment Operations
- Drive Indeed-based sourcing efforts for home health aide candidates
- Review applicant pipelines and ensure consistent throughput
- Maintain quality control across the team's outreach and screening
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact between the overseas team and internal stakeholders
- Provide clear written direction and feedback to remote staff
- Track and report on team progress and recruitment metrics
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and comfort with recruitment platforms
