Key Responsibilities
Compliance & File Management
- Conduct file audits and compliance reviews
- Follow up on missing documentation and requirements
- Maintain employee records and compliance standards
Onboarding Support
- Support caregiver onboarding and orientation processes
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable managing documentation and records
- Organized and able to track multiple open items at once
