About the Role A real estate management company is looking for a hands-on Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of newly constructed units in the Bronx. This is a field-based role for someone who thrives on being boots on the ground — coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and the many moving pieces that come with managing new construction. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership and keeps everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Property Operations
- Serve as the on-the-ground point person for the property
- Manage move-ins and move-outs
- Stay on top of all day-to-day operations
Maintenance & Vendor Coordination
- Address maintenance issues as they arise
- Coordinate with the super, vendors, and GCs
Tenant Relations
- Handle tenant issues and concerns
- Provide hands-on, great customer service
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Energetic, organized, and a people person
- Self-starter who can work independently in the field
