Key Responsibilities:
Oversight & Quality Control
- Oversee a high-volume provider enrollment operation, reviewing around 50–60 new enrollment requests daily
- Provide quality control and oversight for work completed by an offshore execution team
- Review applications and immediately assess status and next steps
Process & Tools
- Work within internal tools (ClickUp, statuses, tags) to track and manage enrollment progress
Qualifications
- 2 years of credentialing experience required, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances like BCBS
- Managerial experience not required
