Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver and oversee quality nursing care with the support of your care team
- Administer medications, perform treatments, monitor residents, and provide direct care as needed
- Coordinate residents’ nursing care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure proper resident care standards and practices are upheld
- Communicate openly with residents, families, and care partners
- Support and mentor new staff through the orientation process
